Support Us Financially

The Australian Drug Foundation is an independent, non-profit, non-government organisation. As a charity we rely on donations, bequests and gifts to help us continue our work. The ADF is recognised by the Australian Tax Office as a deductible gift recipient and so any contributions over $2 are tax deductible.

There are a number of ways you can support us financially.

Make a donation

All donations go towards the work of the ADF. If you wish to discuss your donation and how it might be used, please contact us on 03 9278 8100. There are several ways you can make a donation:

Online: You can donate now via a secure system operated by ourcommunity.com.au. Once your donation has been processed, you will receive a receipt issued by the Australian Drug Foundation.

By Telephone: to make a credit card donation over the telephone, please contact us on 03 9278 8100.

By Mail: To donate by cheque, credit card or postal order, please download, print and complete our Donation Form and return to Australian Drug Foundation, PO Box 818, North Melbourne, 3051.

By making a donation to the Australian Drug Foundation you can help us make a difference and secure the future for young Australians.

Bequests

A bequest (leaving a donation in your Will) can make a lasting contribution to future generations. You can direct your gift to the general work of the ADF or towards a particular aspect, program or worker. To discuss making a bequest to the ADF, please contact us on 03 9278 8100.

The ADF's preferred Form of Bequest is:

I bequeath to the Australian Drug Foundation, charitable institution ABN 66 05 77 311 92, the sum of $....., free of all duties for the purposes of the said Foundation and the receipt of the Foundation shall be sufficient discharge for the same.

Or

"I give to the Australian Drug Foundation for its general purposes the sum of $...for which the receipt of the Treasurer of other authorized officer shall be an absolute discharge."

Australian Drug Foundation Charitable Trust

Under the auspices of the Perpetual Foundation, the Australian Drug Foundation Charitable Trust has been established to build a secure capital base for the future work of the ADF. As a managed fund, donations to this trust grow to provide ongoing income to the ADF. It is a donation in perpetuity.

Give as You Earn

You can make regular donations through the Australian Drug Foundation payroll giving program. Giving as you earn is a convenient method of donating and cost effective as donations are deducted before tax. A Give As You Earn program is easy for workplaces to implement and full support and back is provided by a professional company.
