About the role
Reporting to the Queensland State Manager, you will responsible for the management and delivery of the Good Sports program in the South Queensland region.
This includes: - Developing strategic partnerships with local government, regional sporting organisations, QLD Police and community groups - Recruiting, leading and managing the performance of your project team - Expand the Good Sports program by establishing new relationships with sporting clubs - Contribution to and management of the state Good Sports marketing strategy
About you
As the successful candidate, you must live our values and demonstrate experience in leading regional health promotion/sports programs.
You will also: - Be tertiary qualified in Health Promotion or a related discipline and hold a valid QLD working with children check ‘blue card’ - Demonstrate experience in and a passion for people leadership - Demonstrate business development expertise and experience - Be results driven and promote effective team work
